(LPMC) is based out of Salem, Oregon with offices throughout Oregon and Washington, including Portland, Bend, Eugene, Albany, Lincoln City, Vancouver, WA and Kennewick, WA. As a local lender we understand the local market and have a close relationship with underwriters, closers and local vendors including title companies and Appraisal Management Companies. Being local I can provide you with that extra personal touch. You will always be able to work directly one-on-one with me…no automated operators or online FAQ’s.

At LPMC, we underwrite and close loans, including funding internally. This gives us a lot more control over the entire home loan process. We also have the option to broker loans, dependent on the situation. This means we can work with 3rd party wholesale lenders to provide additional options.
